Our main Sunday Morning Service takes place every week from 10:30am to 11:45am and is the heart of our church family gathering.

During our Sunday service in Southend, we spend time together in worship, prayer, fellowship, and hearing a relevant and encouraging Bible message designed to strengthen your faith and help you in everyday life. Our services are suitable for individuals, couples, families, students, and older adults alike, and we aim to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable and included.

That is why we also host a range of weekly activities and community groups throughout the week for children, young people, parents, carers, women, and anyone looking to build relationships and find encouragement.

On Tuesdays, we run Open Arms Tots from 9:30am to 11:30am, a friendly and welcoming toddler group in Southend where parents, grandparents, carers, and little ones can meet together in a safe and relaxed environment. It is a wonderful opportunity to make friends, enjoy refreshments, and support one another while children play and learn. Also on Tuesdays, Kay4Cards meets from 10:00am to 11:00am, bringing together those who enjoy creativity, crafts, and fellowship in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

On Wednesdays, Girls Brigade meets for ages 4–11 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm and for ages 14+ from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. Girls Brigade is a fantastic opportunity for young people in Southend to grow in confidence, make friends, learn valuable life skills, and explore faith in a positive and encouraging environment. We are passionate about supporting and investing in the next generation through fun activities, teamwork, and spiritual growth.

Throughout the rest of the week, we continue to provide opportunities for support, friendship, and spiritual encouragement within the Southend community. On the second Thursday of each month, our Hope Café runs from 1:30pm to 3:00pm, offering a relaxed space where people can enjoy conversation, refreshments, and companionship. Whether you are looking to meet new people, receive encouragement, or simply enjoy a friendly atmosphere, Hope Café is open to everyone.

The Women’s Support Group meets on the fourth Thursday of every month from 1:30pm to 3:00pm. This caring and confidential group provides a safe space where women can share openly, encourage one another, and receive support through life’s challenges. We believe nobody should have to face difficulties alone, and this group is a valuable source of friendship, prayer, and encouragement.

Every Friday at 10:45am, we gather for Bible Study, where we explore God’s Word together in a welcoming and interactive setting. Our Bible study group is ideal for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of Scripture, ask questions, grow spiritually, and strengthen their relationship with God.
